What does the future of working hours look like? Working hours are becoming more flexible, more individual and independent. The demand for more time sovereignty of the employees is in contrast to the request of the companies according to customer -oriented services.
Even more than before, an economically efficient, need -oriented working time planning must be established, which enables very short -term and strong fluctuations in demand and at the same time allows the greatest possible consideration of individual working time preferences of the employees. The increasing change into mobile working time systems must also be designed.
What do working time models have to look like to meet these requirements? How will shift systems change? What are the requirements and limits of mobile working time systems?
